Hi there! I'm Sara.

I turn complex problems into simple, beautiful solutions.

I'm a product designer, mentor, and all around creative thinker. I got my start in graphic design and creative direction, and when I was ready to think strategically and dig deep into user-driven data, I made the switch to UX and have never looked back.

Whether it is defining and solving for user problems at an early stage startup, or designing a dazzling experience and UI for a multi-million dollar pharmaceutical brand, I design digital experiences that convert, retain, and scale.

Making It Work, Then Making It Beautiful

Making It Work, Then Making It Beautiful

I'm a creative problem-solver at heart, bringing this mindset to everything I do - whether it's designing digital products or optimizing my 400-square-foot NYC studio apartment for two humans and one dog.

Reimagining my tiny NYC space, featured in Apartment Therapy, serves as a perfect metaphor for my design philosophy: function first, then make it stunning. I transformed a tiny space into a home that actually works for our needs, then made it look show-stopping too.

This is exactly how I approach product design. Good UX must function flawlessly - but I can't rest until it's also polished and sleek. Something not working? Get user feedback and continue refining. The result? User experiences that are both intuitive and visually compelling.
