SingleCare provides prescription drug discounts, helping consumers save money on medications. By partnering with pharmacies across the U.S., SingleCare offers discounted prices that can be accessed via their website or app.
When pivotal stakeholders sought to elevate the SingleCare brand, positioning it as a standout modern startup, I worked within SingleCare's vibrant and illustrative existing brand guidelines, and collaborated across teams to highlight the unique brand identity in digital designs and high-quality print materials, ensuring cohesive and impactful brand experiences


It became clear that a comprehensive overhaul of all CRM communications was needed. Collaborating closely with the CRM team and a copy partner, I spearheaded the redesign, implementation, and A/B testing of our strategies.
Prior to this initiative, our emails lacked vitality and failed to reflect SingleCare’s dynamic brand essence. Recognizing the need for a cohesive brand presence, I infused our communications with sleek 3D GIF animations and bespoke artwork, aligning them with contemporary design trends while preserving brand integrity.
Each email underwent meticulous iteration, with 3-4 design variations thoughtfully crafted for A/B testing. This process enabled us to glean invaluable insights into user preferences, optimize engagement, and refine our messaging strategy for maximum impact.




Enhancing SingleCare's social media presence was one of my key contributions. When I started, our Instagram had just over 5,000 followers, and by the time I left, we had surpassed 30,000. This growth was achieved through strategic collaboration with the social team to identify and amplify successful content.

As my role expanded, I developed social media guidelines and branded templates, allowing a junior designer to manage posts under my supervision. This system ensured consistent and impactful communication across all social media platforms.






I designed all out-of-home billboards, collaborating with the brand team to finalize and hand off designs to an external vendor.




When addressing complex and often intimidating health conditions, the SingleCare brand aimed to be a reassuring presence, easing the stress for our audience. To support this mission, I developed an icon set that presents serious topics in a friendly and approachable manner.
I did not just design for digital mediums... the occasional print piece did cross my desk.




We extended our marketing efforts beyond just the end consumer by launching a campaign to support pharmacists, acknowledging their challenging and often underappreciated work.
